Raise your glass: the singer toasted her glass of champagne during the game after tweeting a birthday message to someone named Brandon
Everyone knows that Lady Gaga likes to wear wacky outfits and act in an unusual manner, but now the singer really has gone mad.
The surreal star was pictured at a New York Giants game yesterday pouring champagne from her glass on the floor - in what can only be described as a terrible waste.
Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, appeared to raise her champagne flute in a toast and then decided she no longer wanted the drink and poured it on the floor.

Wearing a bright blue NY cap, the 25-year-old singer looked rather out of place at a sports game wearing a black PVC-looking top with a jewelled neck and a black netted tutu skirt.
The native New Yorker was sporting her trademark bright blonde locks and red lipstick at the MetLife stadium and also wore a pair of odd dark sunglasses throughout the game.

The Poker Face singer seemed to be celebrating a male friend's birthday as she took to Twitter and said: 'Happy Birthday Brandon!! Love, Gaga-loo. We love you! @ #Giantsgame watching them win like Champions. Touchdown Baby! #GoBlue'

This would explain the toasting of the champagne but does not explain why the star chose to discard the alcohol moments later.
According to the New York Post, Gaga dumped the bubbly onto the railing in front of her and it dripped below into a section reserved for disabled fans.

But before she decided to share her champers with fans below, the star was seen watching the game - in which the New York Giants defeated the St. Louis Rams - intently with a male friend and another blonde female who wore the same blue cap as the singer.
Funny enough this isn't the first time that Gaga has participated in an odd public performance at a sports game.
